Hi,
Today I have noticed that my spotted maroon female swims in a very weird way.
Looks like she's either stressed, sick or wants to mate... please advise.
She's even almost ignoring the pesky fireball angel, who she hates to bits.

1) Salinity is in check
2) KH, was getting low, so I have boosted it by +1.5 points, a day or two ago, probably too abruptly, but all of the other fish and nems/corals are fine. It's around 8.5 now
3) Overboosted Calcium which is now at around 500 ppm - will leave it at that. it'll naturally go down with waterchanges etc.
4) Male maroon's fine as usual.
5) Boosted (eyeballing) magnesium and iron too. Again everything else is fine.
5) she's eating ok.

When normal, she's always chasing the fireball angel away. Do you recon she could have got a sting from him?

I have attached a video for you to have a look.

PS: please excuse diatoms on the glass

Looks what my clown does when around anemone.
Double check as a piece of mind:
Ammonia
Tank Temp
Salinity
Moderate water flow sufficient
Skin for any haze or dots but again, more than one of my clowns do this when by the anemone of pre-spawning

Salinity temp etc. is fine.
I hope it's pre-spawning as the behaviour change is rapid, i have the pair for about 2 years now.. never seen her like that.
