Spotted sweetlips not eating

my spotted sweetlips is not eating. I knew this was to be expected so I bought some ghost shrimp to see if he was going to eat them and he didn’T. Any suggestions? This isn’t really emergency because I just got him today but I can tell he his hungry because he is pecking at the rocks.

Ok, if he’s grazing on the rocks he is eating something. Can you find live black worms?

Where would they sell those? I was also thinking I could try and catch the sweetlips and put him in a container and then see if he will eat one in there.

Update I got him to eat some shrimp I just have to cut there tails so he can catch them. How many shrimp should he eat a day

I never had success keeping this fish they always died on me never got them to eat

I have gotten him to eat 1 whole shrimp a half of shrimp and some brine shrimp mix or whatever something along those lines in the past three days . So hopefully he is getting enough to stay alive
