Guys,
Just wanted to let you know that I seriously have been losing my mind watching fish after fallow. @HotRocks @Humblefish I appreciate all your help. It seems my blue tang has specific white areas that appear under blue spectrum once day light is on they go away. I really thought I was going to have to start over. Guess I am going to have to add a period of white light in setting of leds. Thank you for you help.

Is the white area in belly ?

No it has only been one spot. After I placed tang back in there was like a couple Black Ich spots on blue tang they went away but I think the occasional 1 spot is secondary bacteria infection that goes away. I mean the fish are totally spotless and their colors are very vibrant. I have also had some aggression between the tangs and my potters angels so I think the occasional spot
is nipping at each other. Going to add another algae clip to help because the potters is really starting to graze algae sheet.

Sometimes fish look splotchy under blue lighting. You really have to view them under all white light to get a true indicator.
