Excellent thanks for sharing. I can't wait to get home and try it on my IPAD instead of writing the info on my calendar LOL ;)
Can this be used for multiple tanks as well or?

Actual average ocean alk is 6.5 but we typically use 7 for reefing.
Here is my source for the data I used

6-8 is it's average reef measurements I assume there's some fluctuations

And it suggested 8-12dkh is what's I found on many sites so that's what I went with

This is awesome! Just opened it in Google Docs and requested permission to edit. Much cleaner than mine.... and you did tables.... showing off but so cool. Thanks.

You may want to look into scientific papers, or even do a search here, for your info rather than a place that sells fish.
The ocean is a big place and the average is not 6-8.
Yes you can run a tank at different levels, and
our tanks may vary by that, much but the ocean does not.
Check your facts.

I never claimed it to be fact, I simply referenced where I obtained my data and did multiple searches and that's all I could find sadly I don't have a degree to be able to decode scientific papers or where to find them, while I appreciate your feedback it would be nice if you could reference your source for this value you have obtained

It's the best I could find, if you can source anything from any scientific body I will spend time to read it and adjust my values accordingly

I never claim to know anything for certain there's always the risk of incorrect data testing ect, I just go with what I believe untill something seems more logical and conclusive to change my views

Nice of you and nice layout.
A little concern though. There are recommended readings which can cause issue.

Examples:
SHOULD BE . . . .
temp 77-79
salinity 1.024-1.026
PH 8.1- 8.3
Alk 8-9
CA 440
Ammonia < .03
