sps advice

I plan on buying these from a friend soon. I am new to sps so I need yalls help. Do these look normal/healthy?

First is a ponape birdsnest

Blue bottlebrush acro

Hard to tell from the pics. My ponape is very light and i know if I took a picture the wrong way it would look bleached like that one. But I do see some purple on the tips.

Can't tell on birdsnest but seeing good polyp extension on acro so IMO its healthy.

Yea, Birdnest doesn't seem all that hot, Acro is in very good condition.

wouldnt bother with that birdsnest if i were you. Unless your into rescuing corals. looks pretty gone, and may be a lost cause for someone new to sps.

Ponape is easy to pale out from my experience. Better to pass on that one for now. Acro does look healthy though.

I went ahead and got the acro today. It has a little more brown on it that I hoped but I am confident that I can get the color to come back. I Put it right next to my green slimer at the bottom of the tank.
