Yep that is STN, you can try to superglue or frag it to save it. You will need to figure out the root cause though.

Looks light either shading (where that area is not getting light or excessive water flow, low nutrients or low alk

I know the Phosphates are too low and I overdid it with the GFO
Turned it down to a trickle
Hopefully not too late
