Recently I bought 3 sps colony from a friend. His water parameters is almost the same as mine cal 460 mag 1350 alk 8.1. Mine is cal 480 mag 1400 and all 8.5. Placement of the colony is mid to top tank but for some reason 1 out of the 3 colony is bleaching and the other 2 show polyp extended. Any clue why is this happening?

There are many things that could be the cause ; different light, temperature, flow, no3, po4, ph, stability.

I usually find polyp extension decrease when my water is becoming dirty, sps is sensative to elevated nutrients.

I mean if that's the case shouldn't all 3 pieces bleach out also?

Could be your lighting and nutrient levels or lack of. A lot of factors.

I've got my tank running for a yr already. After 1 month of cycle add in clean up crew then another month start to add in fish and corals. I didn't start sps until 6 months down the line. It's a 50g cube so I did water changes every week 5g bucket. And I check my parameters with redsea for calcium salifert and Hanna for alk weekly also.

No, each species of Acropora can have different characteristics and tolerances. There's also a great deal of variability from coral to coral, perhaps depending on where it originated and/or what it has been accustomed to. There is sometimes a randomness to death and occurrences such as bleaching, but at other times there is a clear threshold for a coral as it relates to a parameter, and that may be unique to it and its "offshoots".

I agree, different sps handles par, param, temp differently. Don't do anything crazy, just watch how other corals react and make changes slowly
