I have been having slow STN or death... on a few of my sps and monti.

I can’t see for sure, but I suspect flatworms or bugs, as it seems to be the undersides of corals most impacted.

My parameters have not moved, and are Stable. I have not noticed my coris wrasse nipping at any bugs.

What is your professional diagnosis?

Please post the parameters :) PS looks like it might be the light issue with that monti and

I do not see any flatworms, but I do wonder if I see eggs or sometimes even the white nudibranchs.
I did however recently raise my lights, but this issue started before that event. But I wouldn’t rule it out.

my parameters:

Alk 8dkh
Cal 420
Mag 1300
Phos 0.1 or less

What’s your no3? Flat worms do not attack montis and birds nests, red bugs don’t attack montis and birdsnest usually,MENs normally do not attack acropora or birds nests. Basically most parasites that cause issues are very specialized. Seeing as how your sps are receding, this issue probably came from user error. Meaning, either your light is too low or your NO3 is too low. There could be other issues but it’s hard to tell from the very limited amount of info.
If your tank is small, 20-30 gal. I would do 50-60% waterchange, and feed the fish heavily (make sure they consume the food though. Get a par meter check how much light you’re giving your corals. What type of flow do you have? An FTS could be helpful.
