What besides high ALK would cause my SPS frags tips to burn?

I just purchased numerous new SPS frags (fraghouse live sale) and the tips on several of the frags are starting to burn. What would cause this?

ALK is steady at 7.9
PO4 - .02
NO3 - 2
CAL - 440
Salinity - 1.026
PH - 8.1 avg

Tips bleaching speaks to lighting ime. When not accustomed to the light they are receiving the parts closest to the lights bleach first.

Agree. Alk and lighting and low nutrient system are all that come to mind for me. Thats the top 3.

Like it's too strong or weak? I might have acclimated them too quickly, but they came out of tanks with similar lighting...

I think my nutrients are fine.

Similar is hard to gauge without a par meter, even then without knowing specific wavelengths best to start low and move up slowly or if leds do an acclimation setting.

So I recently added T5s to my LEDs and when I did I turned my LEDs down by 1/2. I've been slowly bringing them back up.

When I added these frags I did not lower them very low, figured my LEDs were already turned way down. I'll drop them down the side & see if that helps.
