I think chalice, Echinophyllia is LPS. Otherwise, I would have definitely killed my bubble gum monster by now.
I hate to do this, but you can mostly tell with how much stuff costs. A $10 frag at a show is usually an easy coral. Expensive corals that have been around for a while (not import, frag and name ones.. the turn and burn high costs items) are usually a bit harder. Most ORA stuff is easier than their counterparts.
Common names make this hard. People say that Digis are easy, but ORA German Blue Digi (not even really a digi) is not easy at all. Most stags are easy, but not all of them. Most smoother skinned acropora are harder, but some specific ones are actually quite easy.
In the end, most are not all that hard if you give them good water quality, some stability and the highest quality light possible. It is when people skip steps and cut corners that they get hard... the most of with being trying to use too little light or go too quickly when tanks are not stable.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to go about this and you need to dig in a bit. Try and search for hobbyist advice on care levels and not a vendor - they are not always right ranging everywhere from just flat out lies, incompetence or just not knowing that what they do does not translate to actual hobbyists.

I'm totally new, and my tank is 3 months old and I took a huge risk with Monti's and other sps 3 weeks ago.
So far-
Red digi- no change, not much extension, bland color.
Ufo Scroll- minor growth!
Citrus twist monti- great color, starting to encrust plug, even the super glue!
Enchanted forest- ok color, Super fluffy, can't tell if growing but maybe?
Anacrapora goblin green- great color looks like it's getting thicker.
I'm not sure if the digi is going to thrive, but everything else seems to be pretty happy.

sps , react differnet to different tanks, i could keep a stylo in a a120, but couldnt keep it in a 50 gallon cube , but could keep acros,

Easy to me is pocillopora damicornis which will probably grow in a bucket. The seriatoporas and some montis are the next step up but do require good parameters and stability and then most acros and other finicky sps require near perfect parameters and rock solid stability. There are outliers including montis and birds nests that are hard to keep and some Acros that aren’t so hard.
