Anyone have experience with the colonies they sell as far as acclimation , hardiness, etc? Thinking about trying a couple.

I think it depends on the coral. I have gotten some colonies with aefw

Yessir. I had a qt set up just for them. I didnt notice anything from the dips. I use a high strength Bayer dip

High strength Bayer is milky and can be difficult to see what comes off.
Also, eggs survive Bayer and other dips.
People qt, dip and observe.

This is correct. I blow the coral with a Turkey baster but I'm going to guess there were eggs. I'm not saying that every coral from dd has bugs but you must qt anything you get. Also cutting the base off if it's a maricultured acro helps
