Can be a few factors, to start out is how long is your tank running?
How long do you have your PO4 at 0.01?
What kind of light you have and how far above the water you got it?
Did you make any changes recently?

RO DI 0 TDS
Tank running more than 6 month. PO4 never high then 0.03 because Rowa have to use. Light is Orphek v1

you said you NO3 is zero , do you feed your corals , maybe they are starving . I run biopellets if i dont feed my sps corals for couple of days they start to lose colors too cuz of low NO3

I have a 7 year old 713 Hanna PO4 checker with expired regents.
It's been around .01-.02 for months. It always seemed normal so I didn't pay too much attention. So I decided to get the 736 checker to back up the old one.
Turns out I'm zero on the PO4. I have a few chronically white SPS. NO3 had been around .75 for a long time so I'm thinking my PO4 is keeping things white. I bought some Oyster feast yesterday so we will see if things color up. Also dialed my biopellets way down.
Make sure you do a check for red bugs and AEFW too.

A mix in a 100ml bottle of 75ml tank water, 10ml amino acid, 10ml oyster feast or phyto feast, 5ml selcon and mix in there 10 small scoops of reef chili.
Shake this for a good mix and apply half of it and 4 days later the other half, keep it cool in the refrigerator to save it.

Pale coloration is the first sign of coral starvation. If you rapidly strip your water of nutrients, tissue recession occurs at the base of your SPS coral. If you strip your water of nutrients over time, you will still get tissue recession at the base... just happens slowly until one day you wake up... and BAM! White coral. By the looks of your coral, I'd stay bleaching due to intense lighting. The Oyster Feast will help in low nutrient conditions. If it is lighting (which it looks like), move the coral lower or decrease the intensity of your light. Your coral will recover over time.

Do you turn skimmer off or stay in feed mode for any particular time?
I've been doing something similar but not sure how long to do what. .. If I leave my skimmer off over night the PH drops about .3.
