Hi guys can you ID this coral?

Hard encrusting skeleton like and tiny polyps.

Interesting. Psammacora? or maybe leptastrea? Is it supposed to be that translucent? Or is it a little bleached?
I don't think it's bleached, though I will try to get some better photos and send it here.
 
This just gets more confusing haha.
How can a coral be soft AND stony?
Soft corals are classified by having 8 tentacles on each polyp. They are classified in the subclass (I think that is the correct term) octocorallia. Heliopora have stony skeletons and are in the subclass octocorallia.
