SPS- flesh coming off corals..

Could be something eating them, they also look new did you just get them? Polyp bailout can be attributed to many things
It does look like pocillopora.
@datahog a lot of folks don't like this species because it is difficult to control the potential spread of it. It is an aggressive coral to neighbors and can rapidly spread when triggered via polyp bailout.
Your parameters all look fine as you probably know. As long as they have been stable over time, that kind of leaves pests as the next most probable culprit.
You could pull the frag out, paste over whatever is left in the tank, cut off all the dead plus some live portion, dip the coral and put it back in. If you don't have wrasses you should consider some for pest control (not eradication).

What is this poccilipora.. is it a bug..critter..i am trying my best to stop this with glue, and cutting off parts of coral that the flesh was removed.. does not seem to bother other corals,like zoas and candy-cane... i do have a yellow wrasse,and he is always on the prowl.
Wish my eyes were a little sharper..Hope it gets better as i have 5 other sps in the tank. the tank has been running now for about 9 months..loving it and know there will be ups and downs.
