Had been away since last week and just came back and was checking on my tank. I noticed 2 of my mature SPS (2+ years in my system) have some receding flesh. One is on the tip, the other on the base. I don’t think I noticed the one on the base until just now, but the other one with the tip had been damaged a little while back (month+) when trying to catch a fish with a net. Any cause for concern yet or just monitor it for a few more days first?

Alk: 7.8
Calc: 390 (working on getting back up, doser was a little light)
Mag: 1210
Phos: 0.5 (Ik it’s high, but it always has been)
No4: 5 (I know it’s low, dosing NeoNitro daily slowly getting it back up but again, has always been super low/requires me to dose)

Any thoughts?

The tips appear to be healing.

The damaged base is being attacked by something? Sweepers or? I would be concerned about it, not the other one.

Nothing is nearby really. And the vermetid tubes are old/empty, so not sure really what could be causing issues. The one with the tips, at least the back facing tip (not the closer one) seems to be growing down, the front facing one is healing a bit :/
