It's going to help everyone if you lay out your parameters, tank age, recent changes, other tank inhabitants, lighting, etc

75g
Ati t5 6 bulb
Alk 8
Phos 0.05
Nitrate 15ppm
Mag 1350
Cal 460

tank is 2+ years old bare bottom
The only change i did was go from a 3ft 6 bulb fixture to a 4ft 6 bulb fixture and hanged the 4 ft 6 inches higher since it was covering more

How slow is the stn? Do you run GfO? How much do you feed? Do you supplement with any coral food or aminos?

Try getting your acros that are mounted off the rock and give them a dip. Red bugs die pretty easily and the tank can be treated with a furry pet heartworm medication called interceptor.

Only times I've had similar problems is when my tank was biological stable, my lack of patients, nutrients, or poor shipment or acclimation. Try to not worry about it and get back to changing things that need to be changed and maintaining your parameters and eventually your tank will be a acro forest

Thanks guys... my mind went way past the red bugs and now i guess i have to try to get those meds
