Sps help

Have this miagi sps and it has what looks like its flesh flapping in the flow. Has any body else seen this before? Is this what they call RFS I think that’s the term I’m new to sps so I posted a video and pic.
Also here is my parameters
Nitrate 5
Nitrite 0
Phos 0
Ph 8
Cal 380
Sal. 1.026

I was unable to view your video, but I would get your PO4 up 0 isn’t good. That’s where I would start. What test kits are you using? What’s are Alk?

Well I don’t really use my test kit for phos since it’s an api test kit so I get it tested at my LFS other wise api reads 0.25ppm and alk or my dkh is usually at 9. Sorry the video didn’t come out but it’s like a colorful piece of flesh just flapping, every video I seen on RTN the flesh is white dying off so just didn’t know what it was
