sps holes in coral

hi only recently got this frag dipped it in rx pro and noticed three holes in the coral. Nothing came out with the dip poked a pin in all three holes the pin went in about 5mm in each case they appeared to be empty. Any idea what they are? should i be worried the coral is in quarantine.

It’s a coral fragment off a mariculture or wild acro colony that has a barnacle on it. I have seen these die (which most all of them will do no matter the tank it’s in) and when they do the acro can start peeling from that area as well and quickly become a problem. But other than that not much to worry about.
