looks similar to a gonzo cookie monster but i have seen multiple variations of this from others also..

I can not identify a name on this. However, it looks like a medium light piece based on its formation and skin. I would start it off low in the tank and over the course of a month bring it up level with where you want to place it. Do this on a Frag rack if you have one.
