SPS ID please

Picked this coral up from my local fish store the other day. Wasn’t looking so hot, with some bleaching on the ends. Plus, it was kind of just plopped on the sand bed . It was in a weird shape so I ended up fragging it and putting a few pieces in my different tanks. A few frags didn’t make it

but the rest look ok! Anyway, the growth pattern looks like an acropora, But the polyps reminded me more of montipora. . . What is it?

Looks a little rough, Could be cyphastrea.
