Hi All,
I received my first batch of frags about 3-4 weeks ago, pretty standard stuff, they seem to all be doing well and I am seeing some new growth on a few and what I think is a blue stag horn that came brown is about 3/4 colored up in bright green??

I have a forest fire digi that has no PE and very little color, I’m wondering if I should leave it be and let it adjust some more or if I need to try somewhere else in the tank? I can see the orange polyps but they are super small.

How long do you wait before moving something? Any suggestions?

Tank is 5 months old
Alk 7.5 dkh
Ca 450
Mg 1350
Nitrate 5ppm
Phosphate.01
Temp 78.5
Ph 8.1

Add your lights and powerheads to your list with a full tank shot so we can look would be helpful.

Lights are 2 Kessil A360x, max intensity 65% , color 65% with slow ramp up starting at 8 am up to peak around 12:00 then ramp down starting at 5:30pm ending at 9:00pm.

Power heads are 2 Jebao PP20

Was the digi pale when you got it or did it go pale in your tank?

Forest fire Digi was pale upon receipt, polyps opened up on first day and then have not really opened up since then, occasionally I will see a small group of polyps open maybe 15% for a hour or so then close.
I have a purple Digi as well that polyps are open and I’m seeing some growth at the tips as well?

Nice setup! I don’t know anything about your particular light but the one Kessill I had didn’t have much power behind them. You may want to slowly ramp up the intensity. Someone will chime in soon.

Hey did you ever see a turn around on your digis and other SPS? What intensity are you running with those Kessils?

What size tank is that? Doesn't look like enough light for SPS

From the looks of it a 75-100gallon.

I have had two 360Xs on a 75 growing SPS just fine. Obviously I could not keep them at the edges. 8 inches off the surface and 12-18 inches below. Grew SPS just fine.
