SPS on frag racks against glass

How does SPS do in terms of long term on a rack that is attached to (unpainted) glass? Is the reflection from the glass sufficient to keep the front of the sticks colored? I've always been nervous to keep anything there long because I'm afraid of color loss over time, but I think I underestimate the reflectivity of glass even with LED.

I have some right now on a rack for about a week and they are doing great. Colors are very good. I can see the shimmer bounce off the glass onto the frags. I just gradually move them up closer to the light. You should be good.

There's a ton of reef keepers that do this with no problems.
