Hey guys, Im having no problem with growth what so ever. Im getting great PE but I would like to bolster my colors. Here are some shots with my LEDs off.

Green Slimer just added last weekend, great PE has a great green color when my LEDs are on

birdsnest looks great with LEDs on nice purple Polyps with a green base, hard to see the green base because of the PE

not sure the name of this acro, but it has a purple color white polyps and some green coming in on the base that can be seen with the Leds

same acro but when i first added so you can see the growth this shot has the leds on but used the flash on the iphone to get a nice pic

Red planet with Leds on it has a nice rich red/purple color with a green encrusting base coming in

Red planet when first added 3 months ago

Was told this was a pink mili i dont no about that when the leds are are on its a darker red purple color Im not happy with the growth but i think it was a fresh cut when I got it now its been encrusting a bit more

when first added

My param are all In check, and Im going to start using Brightwell CoralAmino I heard great things about it. I run a huge fudge to help keep phos down as well as GFO but Im a heavy feeder so Im thinking of adding biopellets or the brightwell MB7 system to help. I do have a nasty grayish brown funk on my rocks in low flow areas my two Mp10s on my 55 seem to being doing great in most areas but far back corners I'm having some issues I just dont want to add any more powerheads but i might have to add some small ones in the back corners to help keep the dead spots out.

I have no issues with growth my LEDs just make those babies fly, I had a superman monti that I thought was dead because of my old T5 system but my leds have brought it back to life now its growing noticeable growth every day and has really thicken no longer a small stick.

It's hard to tell in the pictures but would you say your corals are browning out or lightening in color?

I would recommend getting a baseline in your aquarium but removing the GFO, Brightwells, etc. Maintain two-part dosing if you're doing that.

It's kind of strange but in my main display I take all these steps to improve coral health and color but my neglected QT tank has more colorful and better growth on acropora.

On that QT system I'm only running a single tiny powerhead, which is totally inadequate, a bio-filter (no skimmer), and an AI module at about 70% total power at around 2' above the tank.

The one thing I did different with this system is very small daily water changes when I was also QT'ing fish.

This leads me to recommend that when you can't figure out an issue, get a baseline and do daily water changes. Who knows, maybe those supplements are actually causing harm?

Overall I think your corals look really healthy, they just need the color boost as you had mentioned.

those are all with the lights off, when the lights on the only color issue is in that mili everything looks pretty good. Not eye poping oh my god but pretty good, no browning or lighting with the lights on. I just started the Amino, so no harm yet. I need to get a better phos tester the one I have now is meh not really readable, **** blue colors lol. I have no nuisance allege growing anywhere my fudge really helps with that taking up care of that, I do find I'm cleaning my glass once a day to every two days. The only funk is that organic build up on my lower flow areas, but Biofuel, and MB7 look to be able to solve those issues.

I guess when my lights are off is there a way to keep great color? When my leds are on like i said everything looks pretty good, and growth has been solid.

Well u can get blue led lights for moonlighting.
Otherwise no. The typical lighting in a house or flashlight to look into the tank will be 5 to 7 k which will make almost all sps look brown..

yea when my leds turn on everything looks pretty good.

My Alk is at 8.4 and my Cal is at 450
