Sps polyps + brown

I have an mille colony, the polyps do not extend much. Also a bit brown at the bottom. I have it for 2 weeks now, sitting at bottom of the tank. Light is around 200 par (shallow tank)

Alot of flow, about. 50 time tank size
Tank is more than a year old
2 part dosinv alk consistent at 7.8~8

2 kessil + w 24” t5 supplement. Par reading about 200 bottom, and go up to almost 400 higher places

Running GFO so po4 nearly undetectable

I’m worried that 400 will bleach the mille. It have been acclimating from 150 to almost 300 par now, I will try to move it up to around 400
