Why do my SPS coral polyps only extend during the night. The red planet is extended during the day but at night he's way more extended. And my miyagi tort is never extended during the day but at night he looks extended. Why is this? Should I move the miyagi tort so until I find a spot where he extends at? This is also the case for my blueberry acro

This is completely normal, especially in the ocean. Allot of fish and other predators will nip at the polyps during the day, so I think it is a natural response to have less polyp extension during the day to avoid predation. From what I have read, and I'm sure others will have better knowledge, the supplements we provide coral in our tanks will cause improved polyp extension during the day. But I would not worry at all about having less extension during daylight hours. Everyone I know that are Acro guys have less extension during the day.

Okay so I shouldn't move any of them? And in the day I have no extension on the miyagi or the blueberry acro...

Night

Sun food in day.
Largest migration of animals on earth.
At night.
In the ocean.
Every night.
Plankton.
;)

I run low nutrients and get good PE during day with regular supplementation of Acropower through a Drew's doser.

Well they are fresh cut frags so I would let them start growing before you worry about polyp extension. Polyps showing well are not really a sign of health. If your not running low nutrients Aminos may not help much.
The frags look great, as long as you have nighttime PE like that you shouldn't worry. I don't move frags until they have encrusted and are growing, then I find a permanent spot.

As long as you get extension at night I wouldn't worry. Miyagi Tort has a different polyp structure so it will never be as furry as red planet. Here's a picture of miyagi next to rp
