Check for pests and dip if it's not to much trouble?Thought my SPS were bleaching but noticed it is rather a white film that only ONE acro spits out at night ?? A
Can you post photos? Is it sweeper tentacles or maybe mucus from stress? I see the photos now I think some of them are actonia filaments. Similar to sweeper tentacles used for feeding.

Yes that’s good then. Thanks man ! I was concerned as it looks white during blue light
Also I was running rowaphos and chemipure to lower phos but my Hanna ULR is reading 0.01-.04 so I stripped it out tonight to avoid bottoming out . Good call on my part lol ??

Most have protective mucus and it may be such Biut should not be getting expelled.Assure you dont have too much light or flow and that alk and CA are in proper range

That would be a triggerIt looks like it comes off the side of the very tips
My concern is too much light as it only started when I added my second hydra. They probably jumped 100par in a day.
Alk has been 8.5-9dkh for 2 weeks & calcium 400-420
That would be a trigger
Don’t adjust lights at least not higher as they are stressed which caused thisIt is doing it again tonight only this piece does it at night
Would it be best to just leave it as is rather than lowering the par again ? I’m trying to acclimate them to sit in the top middle of the tank. Which will be 300-450 par.
This is where they sit now and this is my schedule
