Hi,
If I'm reading this you want to know what the sliders are set on for SPS AB+? They are on 24 on CW/WW/G/R, and 100 on B/RB/UV/V. The overall intensity of them is up to you. I suggest you buy/borrow a PAR meter and start to map out your tank. You can also download the AB+ program from EcoTech and import it directly onto your lights or search it out on APEX if that's what you are using.

My schedule is a default setting when choosing coral lab schedule which set all spectrum as you said. However I would like to know the specific schedule which include intensity and how long I should ramp up, ramp down.

The time and ramping is totally up to you and intensity differs from tank to tank. That is why a par meter is so important when setting up led lights. AB+ looks great as does the 20k and color settings from coral lab.

I haven’t have any coral yet, but just want to start out the really basic schedule. I’m doing 45intensity from 10am to 9pm. Ramp up and down take 4-5 hours. T5 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm do you think 11 hour photoperiod is too much?

With no coral in the tank you really dont need the lights yet. I ran my tank with nomlights for 3 months then slowly increased over a month before adding coral. I avoided any algae blooms by doing this. If you must have light you can just run the t5 for now or just the LED on a low setting and short time. I guess it would be a good time to dial in the ramping and spectrum to your liking before adding corals.
