So I've recently decided to set convert my fish only tank to a SPS reef... I wanted to change things up and not have the same corals as my other tank and I've also always wanted to try SPS. So I need some help with creating a good looking SPS tank, how can I make things flow nicely together and keep everything thriving? I'm patiently waiting to add the first piece of SPS, I also don't mind getting a few LPS and Zoas... So any suggestions tips or tricks???
Thanks, RJ.

Pics? And what filtration are you running?
Here's a pic from a few weeks ago! I'm not running the canister or any of the old equipment as seen in this picture... I've now upgraded to a trigger systems sump, with a reef octopus skimmer and a Ecotech Marine return pump.

What kind of powerheads/wavemakers and what type of specific lighting?
