Sps tissue nicrosis

You got to post the parameter values, all we know is that you tested for something, who knows if it's SG, Phos or Alk. Sometimes a hobbyist needs assistance to see the trees through the forest.

Lighting type, age of tank, methods of filtration, GFO, bio-pellets......

More information is needed and images if able.

Water Change

Anytime I have ever noticed a decline in several coral at once I do a water change. It's sort of the first go to. I would recommend a 10-20% every other day until you see improvements. If doing 10% everyday is good.

Your phosphate is way to high. .05 and under is ideal. Anything over that can cause issues nevermind .5 I would do lots of water changes and maybe get a gfo reactor just be aware that you can have alk drop stripping down that much phosphate. See what is in your foods and have you added live rock recently? That might be your problem and .5 is pretty bad

Sorry didn't see you were running gfo. Mighg be time to change it out. As soon as you start seeing phosphates again it means it's time to switch it out. What kind are you running and how long?

Have you tried cutting back on the GFO and charcoal or running smaller amounts.

Make sure your carbon blocks a good to go. A simple choline test strip used can tell you if they need a change
