SPS touching each others

Hi I got back home from 2 day trips everything seem ok just couple frags fell on the sand bed, however my Tri-Color Valida touched the Poccillopora and it tip got white. Will it healed or spread out on the body? Should i cut off the tip?

If the damage is minor the coral will recover.Keep a close eye on it.If the white area gets worst then you can cut it off.

My sps grow much quicker if damaged spots are removed. I'd cut off the white part.
