Sps unhealthy

So I been noticing some stn in some acros not all of them. I decided to frag the colonies and noticed that the inner core looked like it was dying. I did notice that the skeleton looked light green as it was dying . Anyone have any idea what this means? Kinda freaking my out.

look for egg and AEFW if your water parameter is ok.
