SPS Wave Maker Flow Mode

Hello All,

I currently have two jebao PP-4s running on a biocube 29. It is a mixed tank, but only a few LPS.

What flow mode is preferred by most? I am currently using the "else mode", which i believe is comparable to the Reef crest mode on Vortechs (please correct me if i am wrong). Do people prefer wave mode and producing a "wave" or the random flow that reef crest mode produces?

Appreciate the advice!

I run Red Sea ReefWave45s on mainly two modes: random and stepped. I drop it down to a fixed (reduced) flow at night.
