SPS With Clown/Red Wrasse Juvenile

Does anyone keep juvenile Clown/Red Wrasse in your SPS tank? I heard both sides said it is reef safe and not. Please share your experience if you have/had one in your SPS tank.

The fish itself is fine with sps or any coral BUT if i were to do it again i wouldn't add him because they throw substrate around. They will move it all day long with their nose looking for goodies, that's not much of a problem but what he will do occasionally is dive into the substrate & swim in it to make it go everywhere,that then gets picked up by the powerheads & blown around making a snow storm. I'm of the opinion that's probably not so good & would rather be without that happening.
Also if you do go ahead you must glue everything less than a kg down or he'll find it & play soccer with it.
Even stuff in my frag rack i must keep an eye on cos he'll pull those out too sometimes.
Even a goniopora the size of your fist mounted to a rock buried in the sand he will turn over...i ended up having to strap the rock to some egg crate so he couldn't turn it over
