I have a 24 gal nano tank that I set up almost 5 months ago.
LED lights
Can I get SPS in this tank? If so, can I add any right now or should I wait?

Your Need to maintain alk and calcium if you plan to keep sticks, how do you plan to do that? You can keep them alive in that size tank as long as you keep up with water changes, alk, and calcium....with that size tank you need to be sure your water change water us the same temp as your tank water to avoid ph swings and temp swings.

I have a 29 gallon and dont keep any sticks just for the reasons bct15 mentioned. It isnt easy with that size tank. Montiporas are a much easier sps to take care of compared to acros, they flourish in my tank

I do a 3gal water change once a week n I test mg, alk, and ca once a week. All have stayed fairly level. Last test on 4/17 had 450 ca, 9.3 alk n 1350 mg. are these good?

What I am saying is that sps will pull your alk, cal, and mag out of the water and you will need a way to keep them stable (you will have to add some). And when you do water changes because your tank is small you need use a heater in your new water. I was able to keep sticks in a 29 gallon. I'd start with some lower cost ones so you can get the feel for what I am saying.

What LED's are you using? Not all LED's are created equal and support the growth of SPS.
