Andy, great job on stand and paint color chosen. You could always do a little glazing on the trim pieces and applique for that added touch. there are some nice and easy metallic glazes that would really set off the Key-lime Green.
Cheers, Todd

Not too sure.Isn't Jim running them in some of his tanks. If so has he seen any stress?
Thank you! Colors are slowly coming around but still have a little ways to go.Looks great man! Really seems like the colors are coming back. Everything is filling in nicely.
Thanks Bobby. Was seeing how your reef was doing.Wow things are looking much better. Btw sorry missed your phone call the other day.
Thanks bro! Aqua Box is at a stand still for the moment. If you go with Reef Savvy then you would be making a wise choice. Felix can make a tank!Tank is still looking great. I was looking back through this thread again this evening. Really love the tank and that sump. I am about to bite the bullet and order a 125 from Reef Savvy. Do you know if Aquabox is still making sumps? I tried going to the site that I had visited before and it said the site had "expired." I was wanting to talk to them. Keep up the good work.
I never did go with the stain though I think if I didn't go with the Key Lime color I would have went and did the stain. It was like a Nantucket red color wood stain. This is what I ended up using.Hey Andy, looks like the tank is coming along nicely.
I saw earlier in the thread you were talking about using a color stain on the stand, did you end up using something else?
Todd, do you know what name this product is sold as? Sounds interesting.
This is the color I was going to go with. Minwax (fruit punch)Going to go a different path with the stain color than the traditional natural wood color. I think Im going to go with the fruit punch stain for this stand. It gives it a more tropical feel. Plus I can further enhance it with some really cool knobs from World Imports.
