I have too frags of it. The Original Unique and a wild piece. Still working on both of them..Ha! Chin up! I still have a lot of work to do!

That light you run is phenomenal. Great tank and corals look happy!
Thanks!! I was torn between light fixtures at the time and didn't know that Reef Brite made a 3 foot model. I love it. Im a sucker for the shimmer and realness the halide gives plus the added bonus of Reef Brite blue LED'S. They both compliment each other when both are on and when the halides go off it's "pop" city in the reef tank!

Update on the reef. Lately here I've been dosing potassium using Red Sea's product. Also I have stopped using B-Ionic and started using Tropic Marin Bio-Calcium. Doing weekly water changes using Red Sea Pro.

Awesome tank, and your corals look sweet! Is that Tropic Marin Bio-Calcium a calcium and alkalinity combo deal? Or are you still dosing alk separately?

Thank you! Yes it's a combo so when I dose I keep an eye more so on my dKH than calcium.

How much water do you change weekly? I use the same salt and find that I get a swing In alk. It's an amazing salt, but I may change to the red Sea blue bucket for stability

I only do a 10% so 15 gallons. I'm also keeping my dKH between 9-10.

Ok. I see how you shouldn't have a problem. I run my alk at 8-8.5 I've seen the salt mix to 13 sometimes so It shoots up to 9.5 or more. I do 20% every 2 weeks. I suppose I could do weekly 10 but that's more work.

Yea try bumping your dKH to 9-9.5 and see what happens. Yes Red Sea Pro has a spike in alkalinity:)

Took me a while but I got thru this build thread, I enjoyed it. As someone with 5 empty fish tanks and an empty stock tank for about 6 months, I applaud your patience :p

Nice job on the stand, really like your sump, and can say the same for the light. Looking forward to seeing your tank mature.
