I have a 105g DT (30g sump) that has been cycled for a few months: Peninsula 500, two Reefwave 45's, RSK600 skimmer, Vectra M2 return pump, three ReefLED 90's, and currently dosing Ca (415), dKH (9.0) and Mg (1230). Currently, the tank has a small CUC, a fire shrimp, four LPS frags and one SPS frag and all are growing and looking very healthy. I'm about to acclimate two clown fish (onyx picasso) that have been in my QT for a few weeks as my first DT fish. My next fish will be three orange anthias (anthias squamipinnis) that will go into the QT. All three are currently female. I have read that the squamis are some of the easiest anthias to keep, but wanted to get some real world thoughts on any specific quirks, especially including feeding frequency and they types of food. These fish have been at my LFS for several weeks and they will obviously have recommendations regarding the type food they have been feeding, but I've read several posts that say that feeding 3x/day is not necessary. Would love any advice from some of the more experienced reefers re: these squami anthias, or anthias in general. Any thoughts would be much appreciated--thank you!
