Srub it or let it go?

Wondering what you guys think. Tanks been running for almost 3 months. Dry rock. Should I let this go or scrub it? I see some purple spots popping up and don't know if I should just let it do its thing

Let it go. Sounds like coraline. You can flip rock over and it will dissolve on its own
