I went to the STL zoo yesterday with my mom to take some pics. Here are the results:

I shot them yesterday :) I was using a digital rebel XTi with three different lenses, a Quantaray 70-300mm, a Canon 28-80mm, and a Canon 100mm macro lens.

I really love photography, I dare say more than reefing; I just wish there was a profitable future in it. I know that money is not the most important thing when having a career, but unless I landed a job with like National Geographic or something I doubt being a photographer would put food on the table. I really like taking pics of nature, so being a studio photographer would be no fun for me.
 
Very nice pictures. I have been there and for an excellent zoo it is free admission.
 
You have a gift for composing/framing the shots as well!
