Stabilizer in KH Director reagent?

I’m looking to make DIY reagent for my KH Director. I am going to use 0.1N HCl which an be purchase off of Amazon.

Included in the list of ingredients of the KHD reagent is a “stabilizer”. What might this be and what might it do?

There’s no need for a stabilizer in acid for titrations. I have no idea what it is intended to stabilize.
