Stacking method calculations

Hi guys
With AF zeomix, carbon and phos minus, instructions are calculated into ml rather than grams.

I have a RSR170 with 150litres of water, how do I measure amounts in ml for stacking method?
Grams would have been easier, is their a accurate calculation convert for these products?

Take a measuring cylinder and measure in ml. AF recommends to do this in ml.
