Stacking rock?

At RAP Orlando this year I believe but was 100% last year. It was a company that had a rock that would sit upright like a pedestal then you could link the flat rocks onto it by hooking it in a recess then it held by pressure(I would epoxy it) similar to the lumberjack completion where they chop the pole then place a board and stand on it to move up higher.
I have spent time looking and grinding. I feel I might not be searching properly or they aren't public
Anyone with any info would be greatly appreciated. I’m close using cabbage rock and trying to build the pedestals more.

Would anyone be willing to list some of the names for rock.
I can’t find cabbage or lettuce rock. Really there’s very little for types of rock besides the 3 most common. FL rock, pukani, tonga..
