He is from the Houston area. Odd thing is, he has been selling stuff on the local forum here & people have been going to his house & picking it up with NO issues. Then all of a sudden he stops communicating with everyone. I bought something from him as well & haven't received it.

Do you happen to have any contact info for him. I would like a phone number or address.

First it means he is clearly active and online meaning he is dodging every one.

Second the bogus tracker is a UPS tracking number that he gave to PayPal that shows as not valid on the UPS website, this just delays PayPal’s automatic system.

Third is clearly shows his intent to defraud and “scam” others.

There is a place where you can leave feedback on a seller. Go to the person's profile and click on "information" tab. There you will see "Xen Trader" and click on "view feedback." I suggest all of you leave it with your comments. It's the only way others will know without having to do extensive research on each scammer. There is another seller that sounds exactly like this one. It may be the same person. Good luck!
