Stand Builders for Marineland 300 DD?

Iam going to be upgrading my 220 to a 300 DD, looking for stand builders for aluminum or metal, powder coated? Iam in Charleston Wva. Thanks

I can’t help you there, but I hear a lot of Marineland tank seam failures. A custom stand will be pricey, so I am guessing you’re spending some cash..... I’d recommend looking into custom tank options while you’re at it

Yes, I have heard that too. Why Iam looking for a custom stand to put it on.

I got mine from custom aquariums. They do a steel/wood stand made to order.

I was going to mention this - so thanks for posting it. Assuming the OP already knows but good to point out.

Personally speaking I love the dimensions of the tank and it was on my short list. However, the failures I read about removed it from the list and hence went custom with a 210 gallon tank. I like Red Sea products but the thread on this forum and another put it on my do not buy list also. My son was going to buy one and then I sent him the thread and nope. Not worth the risk. Granted the silent majority is never heard..

If you are good with wood you could always use Rocket Engineer's template and make your own. It will hold a Mac Truck.

Edit: Forgot to say enjoy the tank. Really good dimensions. I mean great ones.

There was one at Bert's Pet Center in Ashland. They are impressive. I also read the reviews and went with a tank/stand from Custom Aquariums

It wouldn't make a difference anyway, they would just fight you ok very the warranty.
