So, I have an a brand new standard 75 gallon that I was going to plumb into my my current 75g main display for use as a frag tank. I know a standard 75g isn't your typical frag tank, but I already have it. What are your thoughts on using this for a frag tank? Pros/Cons/Suggestions? I'm becoming more and more of a SPS guy, but I do have and like LPS and softies.

a little tall for a frag tank but it’s really up to you. it could certainly work just fine, just might be a pain reaching things at the bottom.

Honestly that's my biggest drawback. If it were the same height of a 40B (16") that would be much better.

Yes, as others said, raise the racks. the extra water volume will be a big plus for stability for your sps too!
