Stange anenome like creature

Sorry for the bad pics but I'll also try to describe it. It's mainly clear but has blue tips and looks like a weird feather duster anenome mix

Also has blue balls running down the spine of each feather

It does not and it doesn't match a ball anemone

I'm probably wrong. Plus I don't know if the tips of a ball anemone are ever blue anyway, but from the initial description that was my first guess.

Actually it seems to have a soft tail

I actually see it has a soft tail behind the head and it's putting in a hole in the rock

Yeah i tried a lot of different angles but since its clear it was hard
