If I have to remove my fish from my DT can I leave my star fish in there? Would I run my skimmer for the 76 days or leave it off?

You would leave the starfish and other inverts in the display and run it like normal during the fallow period. If you happen to see a drop in nutrients and your corals suffer, then you can stop running your skimmer or only run it at night.
