Need help what's that coming out of my Star fish ? He was fine yesterday.

Some starfish extend their stomachs extra orally to feed...yours looks like a Fromia monilia (almost certainly) and they feed that way. Check back in an hour to see if it looks the same.

He is sitting on the glass where there is a current from my filter return and that stuff is falling off and gets blown all over my tank.

Honestly, I really don't think there's anything wrong with it to be concerned about but even if there was, I don't think there's any way to possibly treat an internal injury to a starfish that would cause anything like that to happen.
He has been up there for 2 days

Thx for your help, I will just keep an eye on him. That's all I can do right now

By the way, I know you didn't ask this but since I really think this is just a scare that will pass in a few days I feel like I should...Fromia and a number of other popular starfish are biofilm eaters and very rarely get enough food in aquariums which is one reason why Fromias and Linckia species generally don't make it past several months. Do you give it any supplemental feedings of any kind?

I think it’s his guts and he’s melting away! It doesn’t look like his stomach or mouth especially since it’s coming from the top of him. I would say the prognosis is not good him unfortunately.

Think That's the underside of him where the mouth is. I could be mistaken but it appears the picture was taken from outside the glass.

But the top is the patterned the bottom side would be the tube feet and where the mouth and stomach is!

I only got him a week ago

Then this could be from poor acclimation unfortunately. How long did you acclimate him for? Did you drip acclimate him? Unfortunately stars are very sensitive and typically can’t handle parameter swings. And long drip acclimations are always recommended.

Yes I drip acclimated him for about 30min like any other fish

Ok, either way, I don't think being convinced it's doomed is going to help... I don't think it is if it's been 2 days already since they generally die within a few days at most when they start going downhill. You can't reacclimate him so I don't think it's super useful at this point to assume it's destined to die.
No he is on the back wall so that side is the top side
