Got three of these on a new coral. Are they reef safe? Looks to be clear with red stripes

That is a baby brittle starfish. It shouldn’t hurt your corals or crustaceans, but if you have a slow/sick bottom dwelling fish then it will help itself to a meal they mainly clean debris out of the tank.

Brittle star.
Most are too small to get any invert or fish, though as mentioned a dying one can be at risk.
It will spend most of the time in a crevice sticking it’s legs out for food.
They are great additions to the tank!

OP's starfish appears to be a Micro brittle star. These stay small for life and pose little threat to other organisms, if at all.
