Star Polyps and Leather coral problem

all the other corals in my tank seem to be doing fine but haven't had polyp extension on either my star polyps or leather coral for a couple of weeks. All parameters as well as temp and salinity are good and I've even tried relocating them in the tank with no luck. Any ideas?

Did you have any changes a couple of weeks ago such as changing light bulbs or anything like that?

No, I'm using a Radion and haven't changed any settings.
